Cross Timbers Gym requires that either credit/debit card or eCheck information be completed during the registration process. A $2.95 convenience fee will apply for all credit/credit card transactions. There is no convenience fee for the eCheck option.
(Our vendor's servers are behind state of the art firewalls, monitored 7 x 24 x 365, requires biometrics to enter and they reside in the same facility where some of the largest U.S. banks host their servers. We take storing client information very seriously and adhere to strict credit card/bank draft processing security rules and policies.)
A $35 annual registration fee is required in order to secure your child’s enrollment for the School Year Session. THERE IS NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR SUMMER CLASSES.
FULL MONTHLY TUITION WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DEDUCTED AT THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH. TUITION WILL NOT BE REFUNDED/PRORATED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF CLASSES ATTENDED DURING THE MONTH. CROSS TIMBERS GYM WILL WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE UP ANY MISSED CLASSES.
A $10 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR ANY TRANSACTION THAT IS RETURNED OR DECLINED.
IN ORDER TO DROP A CLASS, A 30-DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED. PLEASE DROP BY THE GYM TO COMPLETE A DROP FORM.
Make-up Classes: Please contact the office manager to find out make-up classes for your child. When making up a class please report to the secretary and sign in on our make-up sheet.
We try to hold classes based on the Argyle ISD school calendar but there are some exceptions. We will notify you of any exceptions.
All classes will be held at 2126 Hamilton Road, Argyle, TX. The gym is at the far east end of the ArgyleBusinessCenter (Suite 310), just off Highway 377.
Please make sure your child wears shoes that are easy to slip on (without having to tie). This makes pick-up much easier.
We have a huge recital at the end of May that you and your child won’t want to miss.
